» Background
The Counter-Strike community is in a state of dismay. Riots have
broken out on the forums. Players are spamming servers across the
globe. An international task force of community leaders has gathered
to determine how to solve this situation. ArcticCom, the lovable,
huggable, and infamous #counterstrike op has LOST HIS
FRO!
After hours of deliberation, they need your help! Yes,
YOU, the ever-vigilant CS player! It is up to you,
Counter-Strikers, to design him a new one. Give ArcticCom back what
he desperately needs to survive! Your support helps him and others
live to see the next day.
» How to Help
Players around the world have rallied to help ArcticCom get his
fro back! You can help, too! Just make ArcticCom a new one using
your "l33t" graphics skills! Every submission helps ArcticCom get
closer and closer to getting his new fro!
Simply edit the picture of ArcticCom in your favorite image
editor and design him a kickin' new fro! You may also want to give
him some new threads, a background, and many other things to help
him out. The possibilities are endless! Please, in this time of
need, we desperately request your help in keeping ArcticCom
alive!

Picture As... (or whatever similar option it may be in your
browser).
- Save it to your desired directory. There's also a transparent
.gif version (33.1K) for your editing pleasure.
- Now, strain those neurons to create an awesome new fro for
ArcticCom!

FRO! Try to keep the submissions in .gif, .jpg, or .bmp format,
and be sure to include your name/nick/handle! ArcticCom will soil

» Prizes
You may be thinking, "So what do I get out of all of this?" Good
question. The international task force pooled their money together
to come up with three fantastic prizes for the winners!

next issue and have your name scrawled all over CS-Nation as the
Grand Prize Winner. After that, you'll enjoy being surrounded by
